I recently had a very bad experience trying to upgrade my phone. 1st time calling in I wanted to pre-order, they told me I had to call back when it was actually available, Then I called back & that was when they were all recalled. So then the next time they were now available. So we went thru the whole thing of upgrading & then realized they were not available online, only in the stores. So she said to go ge the phone from a store it would be no problem, but she said no matter what don;t give them your phone you have to send it back in the return kit. So went to the store & they wouldn't give me anew phone w/o turning in the old one. Then I sat on phone w/customer service for an hour & a half gong back & forth w/store & the CS line. FInally someone else said it would be fine to turn in my phone to the store. Then the contract price came up & everytime I was on the phone previously w/CS they said it would be $30.42 cents, 3 different people told me that & it shows that on the site - I've even included the screen grab from the site. BUT OF COURSE the store says it's $35.42 a month. So I left. Couple days later I just went into the store & got the damn phone, I love the phone, BUT I will always have a negative feeling about SPRINT & it's customer service!! Seems like a SCAM to me.I just had to get this off my chest!!
