ROBRODIER1:

I do understand your frustration and not getting the connection you want.  There are no outages in your area.  I’d like to check the tower(s) that specifically services you.  Please provide your zip and two cross streets and I will take a look.

There were new terms and conditions that took effect on 7/1. If you use Wimax these effect you and you most likely can cancel your lines without ETF. I would use google and figure it out.I am in 33143 and know your frustration. Sprint majorly screwed up their 4g strategy long ago and now we are getting screwed.

You are more than welcome.  This is what I am here for.

To re-synch, power off and remove battery for 3 to 5 minutes.  Power it back on and go to dial pad.  Enter ##72786#.  The device will power cycle and may want to do some updates.  If so, let it do them.

Also, here are some other things you might find useful for that S3: http://support.sprint.com/support/tutorials/external/device/dvc6430004prd

Please let me know if I can answer any other questions for you.

Not getting LTE is surely a bummer.  I do understand how you feel.  The upgrades in your area are actually ongoing.  Once all are completed in and around your area you will surely see an increase in indoor signal strength.  For now, you may want to turn LTE off while you are in any area where  the upgrades have not been completed.  Let me know what type of device you have and I can provide those steps to you if needed.  Also, since updates are ongoing you may want to force your device to re-synch to any tower changes that have been completed.  I will provide those steps as well for you once I know the type of device.

Re: 4g lte in 33056 but service sucks indoor and outdoor? will it improve?

I get signal at my house with no problem, I have an evo lte phone. To tell you the true, spring is just trying to provide signal to main avenues for now and everything matters on where their towers are located and the range of the signal. Most likely, if you don't get 4g lte now you won't get it unless they haven't work on the tower near your area. The only reason why I get 4g is because i live close to Miami gardens drive and 47 ave where they have a tower.

4g lte in 33056 but service sucks indoor and outdoor? will it improve?

Can anyone tell me if areas like mine here in miami gardens, FL (33056)(33055) etc. Will improve with the 4g lte data? Indoor or outdoor?  I waited for the so anticipated rollout here in my area and its very disappointing. I do get areas of signal around the neighborhood but mostly in areas where there is traffic and major streets also I get good signal in major highways but this does not help the fact that I don't get signal where it should be given our working.  It very frustrating and honest I running out of patience on the we are working on it reply by customer service. When I check the data check service here in Sprint.com it shows I should be getting signal for 4g_lte in my area but I get none what do ever.  I do have 3 other lines all work wonderfull with the 4g wimax service indoor and outdoor no problems. But I don't understand if Sprint is upgrading their towers service is supposed to get better correct?  This was the purpose for the rebuild of the new Sprint vision network.
