Sorry if I was unclear, AbWHITAKER06, I was suggesting that you delete and then add back in the accounts.  Once synced, your folders, etc should have reappeared.  How is it today?

If you're still getting the sign-in failure, we should probably submit a note to the developers to check out this issue.  I should caution you that we won't likely get a quick fix this way.  Most of the time, when a problem is identified with a sufficient number of users, the developer team gets together with the manufacturer and the issue is addressed in a software push somewhere down the road.  I'm sending you a PM to gather the information I need in order to get that process going.
