Trying to activate a Note II that was previously activated
I got my Note II about a month ago, the LCD screen blew so I switched back to my old phone while the note screen was replaced. Now, trying to switch back, there is an error message saying the phone cannot be activated at this time. I've reset the phone and followed each step carefully. Help?
Thanks for reaching out to us. Is the error message on the actual phone? To activate it you would have to swap the serial numbers via www.Sprint.com/activate. The website will provide further instructions. Please let me know how it goes.
