frozen on boot screen after system update on 1/22/2015

I clicked to install the the update it restarted supposedly updated and and now it wont boot

yes several times and I tried factory reset too with no luck....I have no money and if I did I wouldnt give it to sprint to fix something they broke...thats a very shady way to do business...send an update to soft brick the phone then charge the customer to fix what you did to their phone? Not cool at all . My phone was in perfect working order less than 2 hrs ago .

I'm sorry that you're having this problem. What type of device are you using? Did you attempt the factory reset via the device hardware keys? Let us know so we can take the next steps to resolving this issue.
