Important Info:

  • Phased roll-out of the update starts on 4/19/16 and will be completed by 5/5/16
  • Keep in mind devices receive the update in phases each day. Customer Care cannot tell users when they will exactly get the update.  Please do not call asking.  Thanks

Ya doing a these updates when you gonna give us FaceTime like all the other carriers.. Samsung FaceTime HD Video Calling.. Get with the damn times

this was a google security patch..if you want video chat i recommend contacting Samsung to see when they will kick it out.

i agree where is that video chat calling like ever other phone company has that on there phone not sprint what heck ever one is waiting on that my friends has that on att on hes samsung galaxy note 5 ever every one need call in yell about this feature for this phone

Since the 6.0 update, I've not been able to hold a wifi connection. Is a 6.0.1 update coming?
