Galaxy sIII question

Why is Sprint's samsung galaxy s3 only has dual core? but when you check this website http://www.gsmarena.com/samsung_i9300_galaxy_s_iii-4238.php, it's showing that the S3 should have QUAD CORE.

Re: Galaxy sIII question

All US carriers went with dual core.  No quad core for US.  Several reasons have been posited but it matters not since dual core is all you get in America.

It might help if you were looking at the correct phone:

According to your link, you should also be complaining that you have an extra Gb of ram.

Re: Galaxy sIII question

isnt that the correct phone? whats the difference between them aside from the ram and the processor? i'm pretty sure they have the  same names. 😃

Re: Galaxy sIII question

S III US version does not have Quad-Core because it has a Samsung Exynos processor that doesnt support 4G LTE, thefore samsung had to go with the snapdragon s4 dual-core. at least we get an extra GB of ram than 1GB on internation version. We all love more ram
