"reserved" a Galaxy S III on wednesday before Black Friday

Was supposed to pick up my whit Galaxy S III on saturday (a week ago). Since the "reservation" system was a webmasters form of a joke, Does anyone know how much longer before local stores get what was ordered online for pickup at those stores? The people and manager are very friendly, but are TOTALLY in the dark over when the units will arrive.
I was told last saturday it would be within a week, which is the same thing I am still hearing.

ANY help would be excellent!

yes, several times, theyre very nice, but just have NO info on an arrival date.

I also spent over 90 minutes with a sprint rep that was pretty useless, repeating the same thing 14 times, I guess I was perceived as dense by her. I couldnt get transferred to her supervisor despite about 20 requests.
