Galaxy S4 accessories

I've had my Galaxy S4 for a full year with no device issues. The only problem is that my charger and headphones are dead. I take very good care of my phone & accessories so I'm not sure why both of these items suddenly died. It's a short in my headphones and in my USB charger wire. Am I able to get a replacement from Sprint somehow?



Thanks for reaching out. I would definitely take your device to a service and repair center to have one of our experts run diagnostics on the device. If the issue is internal and you have insurance they should be able to do advanced exchange for the device. As for the charger and headphones, unfortunately accessories are not covered under your protection plan. You can usually find a good deal for them on Amazon.
