Yes, the Mobile Data box has a check mark in it. Premium Data is a $10 charge on my bill for three phones equalling $30 per month. Is Sprint Spark 4G LTE the same as Premium Data? Cross streets are Vandiver and Austin Highway, 78209.
Not sure if this will fix your issues, but it sounds like it might. Samsung has developed an app to supposedly fix the issues caused by these updates. Sprint actually posted this in another S4 thread. It's in the play store, it's called 'Refresh Customization'. Download and run it. There are 2 options - Refresh Customization Opt1 and Refresh Customization Opt2 - do them both. It can't hurt, and it might just fix you up. Good luck!
I tried this and it worked perfectly! Thank you! I haven't had data for 3 weeks now and haven't had time to go to the Sprint store. I had a few free minutes at work to read through this forum and BAM! My phone works again. Thanks again.
