Samsung made an app to fix this. Go to the play store and download the "refresh customization" app. Complete option 1 and then 2, this will cycle you phone on and off a number of times and restore the Sprint Zone app, missing roaming settings, and Sprint Spark to your phone. This should also fix connectivity issues. If they persist dial ##72786# to allow your phone to reactivate on the network.

Why the heck is this not posted about the Refresh Customization app on the Google play store a sticky for those that have updated to the KK version? Poor execution by Sprint to allow such firmware to pass through QA.
hmmm, almost 90-95% of the posts in here, that people had issues with performance and Sprint Zone, many people, including myself, have suggested to download Refresh Customization.
Not sure who was to blame on the update, but they worked with Samsung, and Samsung produced that app. It seems like Sprint was not just sitting around, but working with Samsung on the Fix.
