I recently upgraded from a SIII to a S5 Sport, when I am at work I cannot make calls, text or use data, when I try to make a call I get a recording telling me I am roaming and need to buy a pin to use my phone, I have taken this phone in to the techs at the store twice since getting it on Nov. 5, they asure me it will work, so far it has not worked, the SIII I had worked fine the past year, this is giving me a bad feel with Samsung and Sprint. Any ideas how to fix it?
Floyd Pike Road and Burlington Drive in 24343 zip, it does seem to be only in this area, I was told by the tech I should roam on Verizon with no problems, they have LTE coverage in that area.
It is supposed to be per sprint,are the boxes checked or unchecked for roaming
I checked the settings and it still doesn't work
the boxes were unchecked on domestic and roaming was set to automatic
The settings are right, I have not went over the limit, so why waste another trip to the repair store for them to tell me a 3rd time that it will work, I think they don't have a clue as to why it want work, to bad they don't have a lemon law for phones like they do for cars.
