Any ideas on how to fix my Wifi Calling?

I have a Sprint SGS5 and have it updated to the latest firmware (NE5), this allowed access to the WiFi calling feature. It was working great until out of nowhere today it just stopped working. I don't know if it's because I updated my PRL/Profile earlier in the day or because I switched my Mobile Network from CDMA/LTE to just CDMA then back again but the WiFi calling feature is not working at my house. Here are some things I have tried:

- Restarted router

- Restarted phone

- Cleared Cache of WiFi Calling app

- Turned off WiFi, restarted phone, then turned back on

- Updated PRL and Profile again

- Tried on CDMA only network

- Tried on LTE/CDMA network

Any idea on what I can do to fix this issue? I have horrible reception at my new apartment and the WiFi calling option has been very very helpful.

The error I'm getting is "Network Connection Error" (my WiFi is working fine, on my phone and laptop) I click "Retry" but it never connects.

And I do have my location set within the WiFi Calling Settings

Thank you to anyone in advance for any tips/tricks

I tried all the recommended 'fixes' for my galaxy s6 edge, to get wifi-calling working. The wifi calling worked a year ago, but recently it became disabled. There was a subdued wifi-calling disabled icon on the top right of the screen, and the wifi-calling connection error, over and over again.

I chatted with customer service rep, who tried, with no success. He handed off to a tech specialist, "Jordan H.". Jordan stuck with it and eventually this was the solution:

He had me turn off the wifi and wifi-calling on my phone and shut it down. He then did something while the device was off. When I turned it back on, enabled wifi and wifi-calling, I was presented with a further configuration screen that verified my 9-1-1 address. I followed the prompts after that and voila!! Wifi-calling is functioning as originally intended!!

I asked Jordan what he did and this is his reply:

"Jordan H: I put a block on wifi calling on your line and removed it and refreshed a few things"

I do not know what the "few things" were, but Jordan did find a solution.

Great Job Jordan H
