What error are you getting when you add the e-mail account? are using POP or exchange when you try to set it up?
I am using the imap as told by sprint tech support. all of the codes are correct sprints answer was to use a 3rd party app. I have friends with a verizion s5 and my wife has a s4 and it works on both of them
I have also tried pop but aol uses imap as per them the sprint store rep blamed it on aol. sprint customer service said to change phone and store rep said it was fine I wish I knew who was correct
