Recently when I make a phone call the person I'm calling phone says No Caller ID
I did factory reset didn't work
jsmetanko, thanks for contacting us. Please visit www.sprint.com and log in to Manage Account, where caller ID information can be updated per your preference. In there, check if it is restricted, if it is not, please respond to my private message so that I can check your account settings.
My settings do not say restricted.
I want my phone number to come up like it always has since I got my phone 2 years ago.
Why would this change, I have never changed any settings on sprint.com.
I have 2 lines on my account. the other line hasn't changed the way it displays caller id information.
This has become extremely annoying. enough to make me change to another carrier.
Furthermore until this email absolutely nobody from sprint has even bothered to address this problem. I have called support and stopped into a store to log the issue with no results.
When I call the other line on my account it also displays "No Caller ID" from my phone.
