Problems with intermittent connectivity

I've been having problems with connectivity since this latest software update.

It doesn't matter where I am outside or the time of the day, but my phone will suddenly say I have no internet / network connection.

 

I don't know what gives, but I have unlimited data.  I have to connect to wi-fi just to connect to the internet.  

 

Restarting my phone does not help.  

 

Does anyone have any ideas as to why this is happening or can you tell me how to fix it?

I set up an appointment at the Sprint store today, so we'll see what they say.
