Sprint has offered me a 12-month loyalty promotion of unlimited high-speed data at no additional charge. However the promotion has been added to my account incorrectly. It needs to be linked to my Samsung tablet to have any value to me, and for me to use it. Multiple calls to inept customer service reps have not rectified the problem. Sprint - please help.
