You can also start by visiting [inappropriate link removed] and logging in with your gmail information. You can then track, lock, wipe and scream from the device. If you've never set up lock and wipe, then you can only locate it. The sprint gaurdian app is probably not a good option as it isn't baked into the software. Outside of that, you should have the esn locked down as a stolen device and initiate an insurance claim with sprint's insurance company. I hope this helps you.

Try googling android device manager. You can even install on your phone, there's an app. Use that to track, lock and wipe your phone. The sprint rep thought the link to device manager wasn't helpful.
