Does it cost to download media and pictures from websites?

I would like to know if I have any one of the Simply Everything Plans, if I would be charged additional costs to download pictures sent to me via text messages or even a song or ringtone that a friend may send me. I was told by a Customer Rep that I will be required to pay $0.99 for data usage, if I wanted to buy and download stuff from the Sprint Music Store. Does this action mean that its outside of the boundaries of the plan? Please give a detailed response. Thanks.

If you have an Everything plan you should incur no costs unless that site you get it from has their own fee.

The .99 cent fee the Sprint Rep told you about is the cost to buy a song from the Sprint Store. If you are downloading a file from anorther source, you should only incur costs from that source, if they have any, but not any data usage costs.
