I have Lotus Notes and it will not allow me to download the software completely. I keep getting error message S7121
You are getting this error message because your desktop connector software is not configured properly.
Anyone else out there know how to help Lisa? bdroad does not work for Sprint and from his other posts he is by no means an email specialist.
Can you describe a little more completely what you are trying to do, and at what point it fails?
My office has Lotus Notes and I keep attempting to dowload the software to access the Media Manager so I can retrieve my office Lotus notes e-mail from my phone. When I attempt this, I keep receiving the error message S7121. I had my system admin check it out and he can not find a thing. I also brought home the CD and tried it on my brand new lap top and received the same error message. Is it the CD? Can I dowload this from any website? Help!!!! If I can't retrieve my work e-mails, I need to return this new phone and get another one. Thank you!!!!
Yes! Definitely do download the software on Sprint's website. I don't know the exact link, but go to Sprint.com and look at the download section. Sprint was having problems with the cd's the phones came with.
By download the software, I assume you mean install it on your laptop or PC, correct?

I think their website has changed because I can't find it either and the link that Will sent doesn't work any longer. Can you double check Will?

I'm going to bump this because I'm having a similar issue.
The Desktop Connector is installed and configured. From what I can tell, it's configured correctly.
I have Lotus Notes set to pop up the diagnostics window, and as soon as I connect the Desktop Connector, the diag window reloads, and auth's to the domino server.
When I refresh on my phone, after about a minute I get the error
"Unable to connect to the desktop. Please check your desktop client and try again (S7121)"
