Handmark News Videos Not Working

I have had this issue ever since I got my phone about six weeks ago, but I decided to wait for the update to see if it fixed this issue. I got the update a few days ago, thanks to info on this board on forcing the update, but I am still not able to view any videos in the "News" section. It says, "Video is not yet available. Try again in a few minutes." Is anyone else getting this same message, or do I need to call into support for assistance?

Yeah it is a common problem.

Just curious... are you on Rev A?

No, we still do not have it in our area yet, keeps getting postponed.

Without RevA, I'm guessing that the media player is timing out waiting for the video to buffer.
