Unfortunately, after taking advantage of my upgrade with sprint, I opted to go for the Samsung HD Instinct only to be terribly disappointed with all of the issues that I was having with the phone. I returned the phone 3 times to the Sprint store. Everytime there was a new and different problem with brand new phones. After talking to the "Customer Care" department including getting feedback from a supervisor...I was not helped. So now I am an ATT customer. So much for Customer Care.
