So after all my troubles with the screen not working last week and bugging out, it was fine for the past week, and today started up again with the non-responsive touch. Went to Sprint and the tech guys had no clue how to fix it, and the phone is so new there are no refurbished ones, so they gave me a new one. Good old Total Equipment Protection. Only took 5 weeks for my first one to crap out, let's see how this one does.
I had my phone for 3 weeks when i got the "blue screen of death" and the phon ewould not do anything.
I calle dtech support and they could not help me, i went to 3 different stores and they couldnt help me. Finally at the 3rd store i told them that i want a full refund and out of my ocntract, ince i said that they misteriously "found" a phone and gave me a new one.
I love this phone and i am not sure why or what casued the" issue". My only complaint, is sprint customer service.
I'm on my 4th week with the Instinct. I have yet to have any problems as this so here's hoping it stays that way. But as with any new product even some not new there are going defective ones. This is why I have the insurance. <img src="http://forums.buzzaboutwireless.com/i/smilies/16x16_smiley-happy.gif" title="Smiley Happy" border="0" alt="
I reconfigured my new phone and all is well... well except trying to configure web stuff (weather, sports, etc). Everytime it tries to configure it errors and says "No Data". I do, however, now get an alert when I get an email on my aol. My first phone never alerted me... so who knows. I think it's gonna take a while for this phone to be 100%. -Brian
