I spent 2.5 glorious hours on the phone with a technical rep. He attempted to restart/restore/delete/change and removeeverything possible with the voicemail and he could not do it. He explained the new visual voicemail system was new and there are different "people" ( I am assuming contract companies) responsible for certain things of the voicemail. He had a call into one of those when I gave up and told him to call me the next day.
This is very frustrating and NO Sprint rep can give me an answer other than, " I haven't heard of it being a problem" !!!
