Exchange email setup problems on Moment

Hi,

I recently purchased the Moment and I have had no problems synching up to my Comcast and GMail accounts(POP accounts) but when I setup the Moxier Mail with my 2007 Exchange server settings, I cannot get my messages. The phone does go out and synch up because it brings my email folders over, but nothing from my inbox (nothing that was there or anything new).

I spent 2 days (so far) and 3.5 hours at my local technical Sprint store and they tell me that it has to be something with my works Exchange server that is blocking my receipt of new e-mails. My IT guy says that no one in the companies emails are blocked and there is nothing on the server that would block them so I am not sure what to do next, besides return the phone.

Any help would be appreciated.
