I just received a mailer from Sprint yesterday titled "Find out all the things your phone can do for you". Talk about pouring salt on a wound. The title should have been "Find out all the things your phone can't do for you" because of the lockup issues. I would have much rather the $$$ used to produce the nice little flier plus postage be used to resolve this problem or recall the phone.
Don't you think users know how to use the Market app? Or, to text message? Or to set the home page of the internet browser? .. on a phone that many users have had for almost a year now? What a waste of money. Come on Sprint, you can spend my $1900/year much better than that.
