Just receive a text message:

325433 SprintFreeMsg: Dial *2 from your Sprint phone for an important software update.  You'll hear a network message & can end when you hear "Welcome to Sprint"

Dialed *2 and got the normal Customer Care response.

Any ideas?

I also ran Device Self Service and am getting network not available. Previously I received that no updates were available.

I'm sure everyone that saw this post would love to see an update or two but I just tried and it was a no go.  I tried running the device self service app as well and also got the network not available message.  Trying through the firmware upgrade area in the phone status also failed to find any updates.
