Ever since I received my pre-ordered Note 10 plus I have been unable to complete phone calls. It is constantly hanging up on me. It also seems to have gremlins and sometimes does bizarre things. I started calling Sprint regarding this several weeks ago. I have spoken with Sprint over 16 total hours, talked to at least 20 people and no one is fixing the problem. I get passed on to the next and the next and so on. I have done all the tech tests over and over and even taken it to a Sprint repair store. Sprint has cost me time and money and I still have the same defective phone I was sent five weeks ago! This is inexcusable.
