Good afternoon. Another customer resolved this issue by doing the following:
Close the voicemail app and remove it from the memory
Go to settings/apps
Select force stop
Select clear cache
Select clear data
Relaunch voicemail app
The app should start as if brand new. Make sure to allow all permissions.
Thank you! I followed your instructions and reset the VM app. I did notice a VM notification in the menu bar with two message from Sprint regarding the VM. I hope this did the trick!

My VM has never worked properly until I followed these instructions. I had spent HOURS over the course of several phone calls to Sprint Technical Support (including Tier 2 support). You finally provided an answer in 1 short post. I've had my phone since February 2018 and I just left a voice message on my phone, and for the first time EVER I see a notification on my VM icon.
I certainly hope the "K" in QueenK stands for Knowledge -- cause it should!

Hey zosixtyfive. Are you referring to the steps that QueenK posted on 11/13? Also, just to clarify, are you using a Galaxy Note 8 or another phone?
