The Home Section is Samsung's Skills section. Here users will find detailed articles going into to depth on how to truly master your device. Articles change all the time as Samsung updates the section. The articles are not device specific. The information provided will give users that additional information not known to help guide and teach new features; that will ultimately unlock the power of your Samsung device even more.
Samsung Learning Section offers detailed information concerning your specific device. It connects you to specific device content how-tos and skills articles also found in the help me skills section. There seems to be something here that will provide answers or insight to optional features available to all.
The community Section is a repository of users in the Samsung world that have requested assistance or have provided assistance in one form or another. Use this section to find answers to issues you may have. If you have a solution for someone go ahead and provide it as you may help out.
The feature I like to use is the diagnostics section. This section will provide an overall device health check. Scan feature will scan your device and provide a status of 9 different validation checks it performs. If an issue is present it will provide a status of this and additional info on how to resolve the trouble being seen. It also has a storage scanner with options to clean it up to provide additional space, a battery forecaster provides the same estimate time the system battery timer shows in the battery settings section. One feature that was nice is it has a battery optimizer that can assist you in extending your battery by enabling or this case disabling features.
With Samsungs+ application users can learn solutions to problems and understand their devices features more. If an issue arises you can search the community for an answer or contact a live support person right from the device. With the added diagnostic features keeping your Samsung device healthy will keep your device in tip top shape. Samsung has provides a excellent way for their users to both fall in love with their products more and even learn a thing or two.
Enjoy and remember never use your phone or tablet while driving, be safe and healthy.
