I am having multiple problems with my Samsung galaxy s8+ data connection

I am having problems on my Samsung galaxy s8+ with my data disconnecting every 5 minutes. I am stuck on 3G when I do have data.  I keep getting error messages that say the profile update is not complete.  Connection error (6602). As well as an other error that says RILNOTIER:  Mobile data connection error. Unable to establish a wireless data connection. I have spoke to alot of agents about the issue and keep telling me to do the same thing, which is to refresh my tower connections. That only works for about an hour. And to update my PRL and profile. Which doesn't solve anything. I saw that there was a thread that the RILNOTIER problem was solved but it does not list a solution.
