To unlock the phone, a ticket has to be submitted and the over the air signal is sent within 2 business days. The phone needs to have a Sprint SIM in it, it needs to be powered on and plugged in if needed, and it needs to be connected to WiFi. Once the phone is set up, please send me a private message with the IMEI.
