I recently had service with sprint for a year and half before switching carriers, i paid off the phone and was told the phone would be unlocked after it was paid off. It was not, then i called and they said they put in a ticket and would take 48 hours, it still was not unlocked. Then i called again and was told to soft reset the phone which didnt do anything as well. I seem to have no luck when calling in so figured i might post on here, even though im probably not posting in the right place. The line is not active on sprint anymore if that helps. Thanks in advance.
