I've had Asurion replace my phone 3 times already for the known LTE connection issue and I'm still experiencing the same issues! I still have to disable LTE band 25 to make my phone work. Has anyone received a replacement phone that works properly?
3 times? That's terrible! We have customers whose replacements fixed the issue the first time and then we're seeing cases like this. We are working with Samsung to try to get this resolved so you're not still dealing with this.
Yes, it's very frustrating. I'll be at work we're I get great coverage and by disabiling band 25 and 41 makes my phone preform excellent but then when I'm driving home or anywhere for that matter, I can't make a call without having a drop call.
