I have Samsung Galaxy S9 +. It was purchased on Swappa. It was already factory reset. After doing most of the setup (Gmail, Samsung account, etc.) WiFi and Cellular Data stopped working. I also receive and error message of "This phone is on a Lease".
I have spoken with Sprint Technical support and they say that it is unlocked, fully paid, etc. I have tried everything but nothing works. Any ideas? Am I dead in the water or do I have a brick?
