Hi, Ive attempted to get my samsung galaxy s6 unlocked a few times through tech support on the phone and have been unsuccessful after roughly 3 hours on the phone. It's getting quite frustrating so i figured id attempt to get help on here. My issue is when i go to " uicc unlock" i get the " internal error 407" message. I tried to tell the support tech that when it was initially unlocked i messed up and didnt leave the phone on for the full 72 hours. any help would be greatly appreciated. fyi this isnt the username or email associated with my sprint account.

Are you doing the unlock with a Sprint Sim in the phone?
