I have an iPhone 7 and a Samsung Galaxy Edge 7 that have yet to be unlocked by Sprint. It's been THREE WEEKS since the initial request and still nothing! I'm starting to think that they are not going to unlock them at all. Someone please help me. I have called the customer care number and went through the online chat agents multiple times to no avail!
