Trouble activating BYOD Galaxy S10E

I'm having trouble getting my new unlocked Galaxy s10e activated. I followed the steps in BYOD, ordered a plan and a SIM card, and received said SIM in the mail just fine. However, when I go to pair the ICC ID for the SIM with the phone in the finish activation portion of BYOD, I get a red font error stating "could not validate serialNo and iccId". I've checked several times to make sure the ID code is correct. I've tried the live assist chat which then referred me to a call center number, in which there was a major communication divide while trying to communicate my problem to them. Can anyone here help me?Screenshot (206).png
