Trouble unlocking my device

I have had quite a fiasco with sprint glad to be moving away to tmobile.

I first cancelled my plan with sprint and then moved my phones over too tmobiles service, but when I put in tmobiles sim in it says its invalid. I check my settings and see that sims are locked to sprint only. I have requested an unlock but they say they can only do it if it was still on a sprint network? please help.

Hi aces. I'd be glad to help. Have you checked out the link below to make sure you're good to go for an unlock? If you qualify, then you don't have to be on the network to get the unlock request. You'll need to have the phone powered on, connected to WiFi, and have the original Sprint SIM in the phone in order for the unlock signal to come through.
