I am unable to access voicemail to set up service. When I try from the device it goes directly to a busy signal. When trying from an outside line; it just rings and rings.
This is a new device (s9+) , just transferred data from old about a month ago.

I'm happy to help with the voicemail. I would like to verify that you don't have any saved messages. The processes I'll use, any saved messages will be deleted.
No saved messages that I'm aware of. I hadn't realized it was not working until today when I tried to access to record a greeting.
