seems there is no update today as well. Its been a week since I have switched from ATT to SPRINT and looks like I would have to revert to ATT as they could not get the network working on my phone till now.
The ticket reflects that they tried to reach you about 12:23 PM today. Did you receive and voicemails on your contact number?
hi @RedCruzr_Sprint, I have given my email so that they send me a note to my email about the solution. Since my phone doesn't have a working network I wouldn't be able to take any phone calls.
