Fix an issue when an error message appears in place of the One Click menu on your Katana Eclipse X by Sanyo
I had a software problem and returned my phone to the Sprint store in Oxford Valley Mall. I waited 2 hours for them to correct the problem, only to find they never did. I had to return again on Sunday and am now waiting for a new phone to arrive. In the meantime I want to know if there is anyway I can retrieve my ringtones and photos that were in my phone?

Ringtones can be re-downloaded from http://sprint.com/digitallounge
Pictures, if you've sent them to Picturemail, can be retrieved from http://pictures.sprintpcs.com
Pictures on the device will need to be copied from the old device to the new device by the store.
