call customer service and ask them to reset your voicemail password. They will reset it to the last seven digits of your phone number. Messages shouldn't delete. You can reset your voicemail passcode from your phone after you call CS.
I have forgotten my password to get into voice messages. I have a Sanyo 8200.
I have tried holding down the 'envelope' and entering the last four digits of my phone number, and it did not work.
Can somebody help please?
