After speaking with a couple different tech support reps, I was able to reset the correct part of the phone that needed it. Luckily I only had 3 - 4 contacts, so it was no big deal. Very odd, I hope it doesn't happen again.
On the other hand, 10/10 Phone support. I just came from Cricket.. I'd give them about 0.1/10
