So we had two iPhones on a lease plan. We just upgrade both phones and paid for the upgrades in full. Is it possible to cancel our service after we just upgrade our phones? Will there be a termination fee?
Good afternoon 00borre00. If any of the lines are under Lease, Monthly Installment (IB), or 2 year agreement, there shouldn't be ETF or cancellation charges. Can you please let us know why you are thinking of canceling your service? What issue are you experiencing? Please know that we value your business and would hate to lose you as a customer.
We are just inquiring about this. We don't currently have plans to cancel but needed to have this information. Thank you!
