i recommend the last 2 of you that posted in here start up a thread in the customer service area so one of the agents can look into it. agents rarely if ever hop into this area.
I fixed my problem by correcting my setup on Google Voice. All I had to do was go to settings in my Google Voice Account and select "Enable Google Voice" for my Android phone.
Mine is enabled, but I cannot disable or delete it. Sprint says a "sock" was removed from my account and nobody can figure out how to put it back.
