Extended LTE - No texts, no data, nothing

I am in Marquette, MI for the weekend. 49855 zip code. We are in Extended LTE coverage area. Now two of the three phones have been suspended from data roaming because they used 100mb. From searching this community it shows Extended LTE is in fact not roaming. So why am I on roaming suspension?  I will include the picture of the post. 5A76BD08-599E-4275-BD5D-5DE8D1B502D9.png
