I am a new sprint customer and google voice is not integrating

I am a new sprint customer and i am getting Unfortunately, Google Voice cannot be enabled on this Sprint phone. Please contact Sprint for more details as to why this cannot be enabled. Will i have to wait for my 1st bill cycle to enable?

Go to www.google.com/voice. Go to settings (gear looking icon) on the top right hand corner. Pop up window under setting will appear.  Click on the check mark for enabling Sprint mobile Phone number or there may be a link to check eligibility. Let me know if that helps.

Still sames results is there a SOC that needs to be activated on sprints back end?

I also have Motorola Admiral is that a issue also?
