Incoming GV Calls Failing Upon Setup ... how to fix?
The majority of incoming calls to my Sprint number (integrated with GV) are being dropped when I answer the phone. This happens whether I answer on my Sprint phone or my landline. If I enable call screening, the call drops after the screening message. In all cases, neither party gets any audio. Some callers have reported hearing an echo of themselves instead.
This is a nightmare, as it is happening for more than half of my incoming calls. It has been going on for at least 2 weeks.
Any ideas what might be causing this, or how to fix it?
