It's funny that the only way to report a problem is to logon which is impossible if they can't text you the 2-factor code, which won't work because that's what's not working so a work around is force a password reset via email and login that way.

Just more third world trash fires from Sprint.

Anyway, no data, no SMS no MMS. Fix it, or don't or whatever.

they haven't employed psychics in a VERY long time..so you will need to add in a tad bit more info so they can look into it..like where are you? zip code and closest cross streets. are there any other phones around you that are Sprint phones? and if so are they seeing the same problem or are they working fine? what all have you attempted on your side to fix this? what phone do you have? does it start working again when you leave the area by say 5+ miles?
